What role do Algernon and Minnie play for the develpoment of the plot?
Algernon is a very importent character because he's done the same surgery as Charlie, so it is very importent for the doctors etc. to se how he is acting, what he is doing and so on, and that compare that to charlies behavior or se what can happen to Charlie. Minnie is a female mouse that the girl fay had brought, because she thought that Algernon needs company.
Comment on the fact that Algernon does not need food for motivation anymore?
is feels like Algernon is kind of obsessed with the winner feeling, so hi does not feel the pressure to finish everything. He can do things by him selft because he has become so much smarter. When he does thing by him self he feels like a genius and he feels good. It is like he see things like a challange that he wants to complete all by himself.
